The specialist will strip the original façade from the nine storey office building before refurbishing and reinstalling it alongside newly manufactured replacement panels.

Originally designed by architect Peter Foggo and completed in the late 1990s, the building is undergoing a £70m retrofit aimed at extending its life while retaining its distinctive architectural character.

The redevelopment will reconfigure floorplates to create around 15,000 sq ft of flexible workspace, add terraces to every floor, enlarge the reception, introduce a co working hub and dedicated cycle entrance, and build a new timber rooftop pavilion.

The scheme is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 4.5 Star certification.
